    Well done in every aspect today. I hope you gained some confidence not just from the WOD point of view but from the handstands. Gymnastic movements form a large part of CrossFit. All gymnastics is (from our point of view) is ‘controlling your bodyweight’. I don’t mean how much you weight (although that’s good too) but being able to move your body accurately through space.
    We should all be able to control our bodies through a range of movements and we will.

    Great intensity from every person today, not a single fault in effort. Thank you.

Let me know if you would like to spend a few hours on a Saturday morning visiting either CF Fareham or Britannia CF (Farlington) and I’ll get it sorted. Both are a fantastic bunch.
