Wed 27 Feb 13 – Run or Rest

After yesterday’s big smashing, just a run today (or rest if doing tomorrow’s WOD).

Run 5km

If not using treadmill (better that you don’t) but can’t measure distance then:

5 Rounds of:

Run hard 5 mins.
Rest 1 min.

Try to equal the same distance for each 5 min (ie, run the same route each time).

Post 5km time below (and if treadmill or not)


Post how far from first 5min distance ou were on each subsequent lap.

    disapointed, started off too slowly. Was hoping for sub 23.
