Warm Up with :

Tabata Row (20sec Sprint, 10sec Rest x 8) – 4 mins.


Overhead Squat – 3 3 3 3 3

Maintain active shoulders, avoid internal shoulder rotation and get that arse below your knees.

I’ll be in the main gym at 1000 as I can’t make later today.

    Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3
    60-70-75-80-85 Kg.

    5 X Deadlift (80Kg=Bodyweight)
    100m Sprint

    10 rounds.
    Well I say 10, but I forgot my clicker and know it was either 9 or 10. As I was doing it outside this mornning in the snow I thought I’d given myself the benefit of the doubt!
