7 min AMRAP:

2 x Burpee Broad Jumps
2 x Handstand Push Up
4 x Dips
4 x Squats
8 x Sit Ups
50m Sprint

Burpee Broad Jump – instead of jumping up, leap forward.

Dips – whichever variation you are able to do today. Get the arms to 90deg though.

50m – measure with GPS (use smartphone if no GPS unit). Failing that, measure 50 long strides in warm up but record that to score.
