Clean and Jerk
3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Working towards a 1 rep max.

Main Gym 1100.

Kit limited so be on time to get moving.

For those not working to maximum weight, after warming up:

21-15-9

Clean (20/10)
Jerk (20/10)

Clean is full Squat Clean.
Sandbag may be used.

    Loafed. Should have been heavier by at least 5kg throughout. Still, feeling it right now so I wasn’t too far off max.

    Dissapointing. Was hoping for >200. Maybe I missed counting a round, but 6 is what the counter showed so 6 it is. Might try again in the future.

    • Steve, that’s still a great score and above the 50% line (so you’re better than 50% of the CF Games competitors). I managed 229 and know that with a bit better preparation I could have aced 240. Shame really but the box jumps scuppered me. I resorted to Step Ups but not with the best technique and it slowed me down. Still, everything was Games Standard and not a single no-rep so very pleased overall.
