5 x Burpee Box Jumps (20/14″)
10 x Pull Ups
50m Sandbag Sprint (25 / 15)

1100hrs Whaley Club

I will be late due to a minor compassionate issue. Warm Up with lunges, duck walk, pull ups and box jumps. Look to begin WOD at 1130.

Can someone please get key from gym?

Burpee Box Jumps – Burpee begins with chest on floor. Instead of jumping straight up, leap on to box. At the top, hips and knees locked out before descending. Step downs permitted.

Sandbag Sprint – carry as you wish.
