Burn off those eggs!

3km Run

But…….

Begin with 2 Squats, 2 Press Ups, 2 Sit Ups. On every 2 min mark (2, 4, 6, etc) add 2 to each of these and repeat. Clock does not stop.

Therefore:

2 min mark = 4 Squat, 4 Press Up, 4 Sit Up

4 min mark = 6 S, 6 PU, 6 SU.

Etc

Run for the remainder of that 2 Mon period and repeat.

Post time and final round of exercises.

    Did something slightly different to the workout you posted:

    Ran 5 minutes then stopped and did 25 squats
    Ran until the 10 minute mark then stopped and did 25 lunge walks
    Ran until the 15 minute mark then stopped and did 25 dips
    Ran until the 20 minute mark then stopped and did 25 burpees

    Total distance ran was 3.8 km

    Handstand?! Are you kidding? My head feels like it is going to explode when I bend over, let alone invert! But I have my shoulder stretches from the physio I can work on.

    Nearly a week out now, still suffering with blocked sinus and can barely breathe let alone run!
    Climbing the walls not being able to do any phys.
