12min AMRAP

100m Sprint
10 Sit Ups
10 Squats

The key to this one is the Sprint. It needs to be 100% maximum. Do not jog during the 100m else this will be a wasted workout.

Full depth squats! Set a med ball, log, bench at each end to ensure depth.
