Consider your goals, enjoy the sunshine, get some fresh air.

  1. Steve Shearer says:

    First work out in nearly 2 weeks and after getting over flu, cough & sinusitis.

    3 mile run – 22:43. Happy with the time.
    Tabata Press Up – 24-22-17-17-16-14-12-16 = 138. Definitely lost weight and strength since being ill.
    Practiced double unders with my new rope, managed 4 in a row.

    Looking forward to getting back into it on Monday and working on strength.
