2min Handstand Hold

accumulate as many seconds as possible within that 2 mins. Run a central clock for 2 mins, get someone to time your HS Holds.

Then

7min AMRAP

10 x Backsquat (60 / 30kg)
50m Farmer’s Carry (2x15kg / 2x8kg)

Use bars for the backsquat if you can, else sandbags but half the weight and double the reps. Ensure chest up, crease of hip below knees, lock hips and knees at the top.

Use 2 x dumbells for Farmer’s Carry.
