3 rounds for time of:

Run 400m
20 x Toes 2 Bar
7 x Push Jerks 70/50kg

Scale accordingly.

Remember, the Jerk is you getting beneath the bar, not ‘pressing’ the bar up.

    Very kind of Steve to say but I can not keep up with him on the run :-))). He was doing a fast walk and I was all out!!!

    Glad I did Toes to Bar yesterday! Abs are killing me now.

    Seriously, 70Kg! Definately need some olympic lift tuition.
    Donna did well keeping up with me on the run phase.

    AMRAP in 4 min:
    15 x Thruster (40Kg)
    15 x Chest to Bar pull up

    66 Reps.
    Felt weak on the push part of the thruster so did some shoulder press afterwards for good measure.
    Double under practise, strung 3 sets of 9 consecutively.
