    5:11 on the WOD, quite happy with that for my first day but definately a time for me to improve on

    110 on the Tabata Bottom-to-Bottom squats (feeling the burn)

    It definitely helps to have a coach/spotter to pick up on those “on the go” technique corrections to make the reps more efficient thus less tiring and ultimately faster.

    Might not be able to make 12:15 as I have a meeting until 12:00 so I did it this morning.

    5:03 with 32Kg Kettle bell.

    If I make it at 12:15 I aim to get sub 5 min.
    DU practice to finish.
