For Time:

30 x Deadlift (30/20kg)
30 x Pull Ups
30 x Thruster (20/10kg)
30 x Sit Ups
30 x Clean (20/10)
30 x Burpees

  1. I went to CrossFit Andover (Alternative Fitness Solutions) and did:

    10min AMRepAP:

    60 x Bar Facing Burpees
    30 x Overhead Squats (35kg – RX was 50kg)
    10 x Ring Muscle Ups.

    I completed a total of 94 reps which is 4 muscle ups.

    Not much left in the tank, don’t know if that is due to yesterdays WOD, the 4hr meeting that went over lunch or no food so far today but..

    used 30 kg olympic bar for all lifts, 12.32 rx. This is always harder when your own! hopefully back back week.

    11:44 – used 25kg sandbag for Deadlifts as there were no 30kg bags available
