Do not allow your backside to come up first!!

WOD

5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5 Deadlift

Rest as needed in between.

Each set of 5 should be continuous, no breaks or pauses. Increase weight until you can no longer maintain good form.

Record weight below.
