10 x Push Ups
15 x Squats

    18 plus 2 pull up, rx, no jumping on pull ups.

    13 plus 5 pulls ups (little jumps) and 2 press ups

  3. 5×5 Deadlift at 105kg

    5×3 Clean at 70kg

    Cindy was a step too far. Began seeing stars at level 9 (9mins total) so stopped at end of level 9.
