Squat Clean 3Rep Max

Pause as necessary in between rounds (up to 5 mins)

    Stopped at 60 as i was lacking the confidence and could feel my shoulder giving in a bit.

  3. 60, 70, 70, 75, 80, 80, 85 (2 only)

    Excellent development by everyone today, especially the 3 newcomers. The Clean can seem more complicated than it is at this stage but I’m pretty sure you nailed it by the end of the session. We revist this A LOT so don’t worry.

    For those doing the WOD, well done. There were some good numbers achieved in the end and a very good grounding from which to springboard from. Fridays will definitely be spent in the main gym although not always on WODs such as today’s. all will involve weight though.

    We live in exciting times!
