Push Press



Take a break between each round of 5. 3-5 mins or so.

Add at least 5kg each round. If done correctly, you should not succeed in 5 rounds of 5 perfect Push Presses. It should end up looking something like:

5 – 5 – 5 – 4 – 3

In a future session we will revisit this, increasing your weight slightly. If you hit 5 rounds of 5 complete reps then you’ve not had a high enough weight.

  1. 70kg (154lb) / 77.5kg (107.5lb) / 77.5 / 77.5 / 77.5kg

    I should have pushed for 80kg. I was being too much of a girl. I would have achieved at least 3 x 80kg.
