3 RFT:

100m Sprint
10 x Bag Facing Burpees
10 x Over Box Jumps (12/6”)


This could be done outside if weather dry.

Bag Facing Burpees – Lay down facing sandbag, conduct burpee and jump over it. Turn, lay down to face bag and repeat.

Over Box Jumps – Jump over box without touching it. Turn around, repeat.
