22 x Wall Balls (9/8kg)
22 x Goblet Squat (20 / 16kg)

Cash Out: 100 x Double Unders

Score is the total time for WOD, including the Double Unders.

    I took this one too easy overall and suspect there was at least 60secs of wasted time in there, if not more. That’s not to say that it didn’t hurt but the effort others put in certainly put me to shame. I’ll be doing tomorrow’s WOD alongside those who couldn’t make it today.

    Do think of things you wish to work on specifically tomorrow and we’ll have a bit of a clinic. I’ve already had requests for Doucble Unders from a PTI and PullUps/HandStand Push Ups from Donna.
