8min AMRAP:

10 x Dip
10 x Back Squat (30/20kg)
10 x Box Jumps (24 / 18″)
10 x Sit Ups

Dip between stacked benches.

For RX+:

– Ring Dips. lower the rings to chest height and do dips on the rings

1100hrs in the Box

    RX+ 5 rds + 10 ring dips + 10 back squat

    Ring dips definitely slows it down.
