Great work today. Bags of effort throughout and the competitive edge is certainly appearing now.

Top tips to take away from today:

Toes to Bar. Maintain straight arms, avoid the temptation to try to pull your body up closer; you might just need that arm strength later on in the WOD. Drive the legs up and force the shoulders (and head) back in a counter-balance movement. Do not worry about the swing at this stage.

Kettlebell Swings. Use your hips to generate force. This is not a back workout. Your hips generate the force to throw that kettlebell up (with straight arms). Avoid rounding the back (lumbar flexion); you can do this by taking a breath in, holding it and forcing it down low.
