11:04 RX for me. Achilles held up and aside from a particularly weak 10 second (or so) period, I am happy with the overall WOD. Need to cut out the unnecessary breaks and maintain intensity.

Can anyone help me out with how you log the workout we did today on beyond the whiteboard? ie i know its a multiple movement but how do you log the cash in and out part?
