15 min AMRAP:

10 x Goblet Squats (24 / 16kg)
10 x KB Swings (24 / 16kg)
10 x Single Arm KB Snatch (24 / 16kg)
10 x HR Push Ups

Cash Out: 15 x Handstand Push Ups

Then!!

Volleyball

 

with the medicine balls

 

1100hrs on the Volleyball court by the Main Gym entrance

  3. 6 Rounds complete RX. I wasted time at the end when I could have got 3-4 Squats in….weakness. It’s easy to say that at the end when you’re breathing from your ears though!!

    HooverBall was excellent and a full workout in itself. Well done all for a great workout.

    Steve, I’m sorry you’ve injured yourself. Keep an eye on that but do come to the sessions to stretch off and rehabilitate.
