3 RFT:

100m Sprint
10 x Wall Walk
20 x Sumo Deadlift High Pull (40 / 30kg)

If no kit:

Substitute the SDHP for Burpee Broad Jumps

Wall Walk – Lay face down with the soles of your feet touching the wall. Push Up, walk backwards up the wall to a handstand.
