12min AMRAP:

5 x Handstand Push Up
5 x Rope Pull Ups
10 x Toes to Bar

If no kit:

400m Walking Lunge, For Time.

    Didnt push the back squats as much as last time as we didnt really have the time. Victim of our own success again! Could you post the pics to the site from this week please John, I can’t with my rights?!

    Great work today!! Some really good squats! All took a little longer than anticipated, so if people are keen to go earlier I am sure I can sneak out of office at 1045 and/ or stay a little longer if people want to practice more skills.
