Hang Power Clean 3×10 (50/30kg), 1 min Rest in between.

Every 30 sec, on the 0 & 30secs

100m Sprint

Obviously, best done outside.

Record total 100m completed only.

    100m Sprints, only 12 reps = 1200m.

  2. I perhaps should have explained that this needed to be done at 100% throughout. We’ll revisit this.

    25 mins on 100m. was a sprint at first but then fell into a steady 100m shuttle run. On leave from CoP today. will complete the WOD at the gym at home.

    100m Sprint – 25 minutes, 50 reps. Stopped at this point as it was comfortable enough to run it in 25 seconds consistently without sprinting. Perhaps 125m or even 20 second turn arounds would serve as progression?
