500m Run
15 x Pendlay Row (50 / 40kg)
50 x Double Unders

Note knee position in relation to bar, backside location and back / head position.

    Snatches and overhead squats. 60/60/50/50/50 & 40/40/50/50/50.
    WOD not rxd as I forgot the WOD! did 1:40 on treadmill in place of 500m run as was in a town and 10 pendalay rows instead of 15! What a schoolboy.
