If no weight then strict pull up practice.
We made use of the small dumbbells in the store room 2, 3 & 4Kg to fill the inbetween 5 & 10 Kg.

HS Hold = 1:25 Weighted pull ups = 30-40-45-50-52-54-56-54-54-54 Tabata HR Press ups = 98
We used the vest plus days sacks filled with dumbell/plates/KB.
Handstand hold = 21sec
Weighted Pull Ups = BW-20-25-30-35-37-38-39(F)-39-40Kg
Tabata HR Press Ups = 16-15-12-10-10-8-8-7 = 86
Excellent work! Did you steal individual kg weights from somewhere?
