Thurs 26 Sept 13 – 21-15-9 Weighted SitUps, 2-for-1 Wall Balls

21-15-9 reps for time of:

Sit Ups (5/3kg Ball)
Wallball 2-for-1 (9/5kg)

Sit Ups – conduct Sit Ups in normal CrossFit fashion but keep ball in the hand at all times….ball touches floor behind the head, ball touches floor in front of toes, repeat.

Wall Balls – 42-30-18

    5:55 with that honking new 10Kg ball that’s like a pillow with a lead weight hidden somewhere in the middle!

    Good work from all today especially Donna and Bex on the ring dips and ring pull ups.
