If you’re not taking part in the Whale Island Tough Challenge then this is your WOD. I suspect the former will be much easier.

Complete as many rounds in 25 minutes as you can of:

7 x Muscle-Ups
11 x Thruster 70/50kg
14 x Toes-to-bar

I’m intending to scale this!

    Went over 25 because I wanted to finish the whole round and because I wasn’t paying much attention to the stop watch. Pulls ups started off strict but turned to jumping after the first round.

  2. WOW! So what did you achieve in 25mins? Did you go over the 25 just because you wanted to complete 5 rounds? How did you do the pull ups? Strict or Jumping?

    That’s a great score, be really pleased!

    5 Rounds in 25:24. 21x pull ups and 21x dips instead of muscle ups. 30Kg on Thrusters.
