For Time:

Using our approx 500m loop, I’ll measure it exactly as we go round it.

Run 1500 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1000 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 500 meters
Rest 1 minute
Run 200 meters

This is an ACTIVE RECOVERY WOD! Do not allow yourself to collapse in a heap at the end of the round. Stand up straight, control your breathing and get your oxygen back in!

Tonight will be the first Olympic Lifting Class. Back up in to the box for 1700hrs. We can borrow 2 more 7′ bars from the main gym.
