Ego & Mobility are the takeaways from today.

If you are not strong enough or mobile enough to put the weight up then don’t.

EVERYONE needs work on ankle, hip and upper back (thoracic) mobility. I’m happy to advise on methods to execute this.

Well done on the effort though. Bags of effort and drive from everyone. Great to see the new guys returning too.
