    Tough old slog, i’d like to do this again after a full weekends rest, maybe even on a tuesday after a blast on the monday.

    22:14 – some suspect reps, but kept the weights RX. Some days I need to remove the competition from my genes.

  2. BLOOD sweat & tears alright. Cleans took a chunk out of my shins. Thank God I’m away tomorrow for my NES to recover. Definitely know where my weaknesses are now!

    Was wishing for an empty bar at the end. Don’t care too much about time, calendar was accurate enough.

  4. I scaled this heavily today and still barely got through it. No idea what my time was….about a day and a half, something like that?
