Have a really good Christmas holiday.

2 weeks rest will be very good for us all.
Well, not quite 2 full weeks. Don’t just sit about on your arse eating mince pies and turkey. Get out for a run. Go for a long walk. Let your body recover before the new year commences.

It’s been a long year, especially for those who joined at the very beginning. Take a few weeks to sit back and be really proud of what you’ve achieved.
