Handstand Hold – take 3 attempts to establish your longest possible hold.

Squat Hold (Barefoot) – sink right to the bottom and hold it for as long as you can.

Plank – maintain the plank (back, hips, legs aligned, resting on forearms) for as long as you can.

Record times below.

  1. Indoors so no handstand hold but 1:43 for Squat Hold and 3:36 for Plank Hold.
