    i hate box jumps, knees to elbow and wall balls.
    BUT i love this kind of work out, Mr Pukie almost showed up.
    Completely chuffed to bits with sub 25 mins and my body realises it was pushed.
    Big thank you to Paddy for purposely waiting on me during the Burpees
