Junkyard Dog
50 x Double Unders
20 x Push Press (20 / 10kg)
15 x Backward Rolls
10 x Box Jumps


For time:

30 x Handstand Push-Ups
35 x Pull-ups
40 x Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16kg)
45 x Sit-ups
50 x Burpees

  1. 12:44 RX. A new record on the Handstand Push Ups with 22 unbroken. Slowed down on the pull ups and had to break in to 15,10 and then 5s – skin on my hands is in agony. I always knew burpees would be the nemesis but I approached it with a confident but sensible manner, breaking it down in to 25, 10 and then 5s with just a 2-3 sec gap between sets.
