Thurs 16 Jan - Front Squats

Excellent progression today. For those still gaining the form, use the positions I showed you today at home and when ever you have a spare minute. In front of the tv for example and hold that squat. Gaining a solid squat (mobile ankles/hips/ strong core) is fundamental to all of the movements in CrossFit.
