Warm Up:

20 Pass throughs followed by 2 Rounds of:

20 Double unders, 10 Squats, 10 Sit Ups, 10 Strict Pull Ups

WOD:

Three rounds for time of:

Kettlebell squat snatch, 15 reps, right arm (15/10Kg)
15 Butterfly sit-ups
Kettlebell squat snatch, 15 reps, left arm (15/10Kg)
15 Toes to bar

    T2B is still a torturous exercise.
