Deadlift for weight.

Warm Up –

500m row – easy, long strong strokes.  Use the power curve.

2 rounds of;

25 kettlebell swings, hips open and swing above head height (light enough still challenge)

25 get ups (lay down get up)

Lunges x 10 (5 each leg for hip mobility, slow and hold for 5 seconds at the extension)


Skills –

Deadlift work with barbells on boxes or with light weights.  Chest up and body rises in one fluid motion.



5 x 3 for weight.  Post total to comments.  Make a note of your scores and save for next time.

    130/140/150/160/160 solid. Felt good. Calves are screaming from the laps!!
