100m Farmer’s Walk (40kg)

Strength

Push Press 5 x 5

WOD

“The Chief”

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 x Power Cleans (60 / 40kg)
6 x Push-ups
9 x Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

    Bottled it on Chief halfway through. Training in the dark in the garden is lonely. Shame.
