500m Row


Push Press 7 x 3


3 RFT:

5 x Push Jerk, 70/50kg
10 x Chest to bar Pull-Ups
15 x Burpees

    Session cracked at Larkhill Gym. if you’re ever there it’s got a good set up: same beaver fit frame, 2 x lifting platform etc.

    12 x nominated pull ups (the PTI was a little perturbed when i gave him my iPod to film me)

    Push press was hard… wrists were struggling more than shoulder strength:
    60, 80, 80, 80, 80, 80, 80, 80

    5:50 (RX)
    was unbroken on push jerk until the final round, which was emotional!
