Warm Up

Run 400

20 KB Swings

10 Get Ups

10 Good Mornings

Lots of back mobility before and after


Dead lift practise.  Test for 1RM next week


Ten rounds for time of:
60kg Dead lift, 15 reps
15 push-ups

  1. 10mins to find 3RM Clean (82.5kg} followed by 1×3 @ 77.5kg and 1×3 @ 75kg.

    Then For Time:

    100 KB Swings (18kg)
    50 Thrusters (35kg)
    30 Pull Ups (Rings)

    12:26. Engine awful during Thrusters. Working hard in this area now though. Grip went on Ring Pull Ups and broke in to 5s.

    Stairs are proving difficult
