Mobility hip and lower body


Squat Therapy


Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats


Next Week is test week rest up this weekend and I will be back in Tuesday.  Monday will be a mobility and steady state WOD in preparation for Tuesday.  The intent for next week is to see where we are in lifts and movements, then we can understand how best to improve in our weak areas and also measure our loads accurately as percentages.  Lots to do and I have done the next two weeks over leave, so fingers crossed, we should hit the ground running.
