Monday 21 Apr – Active rest and mobility

This week is test week, we will then move on to a 4 week programme to build up strength and work capacity in a controlled and calculated way.  It is measured and will progressively build week to week.

 

The tests will start tuesday and consist of various strength tests and aerobic capacity, so pressing, lifts, squats, running and rowing etc.

Take today as an active recovery day with some skills practise, do some kettle bell work and light rowing.  Work on your rowing efficiency, then with the last 15 minutes, attempt a max unbroken double unders, this isn’t a test but hopefully the coordination and efficiency here will improve over the next four weeks. 

 

Test day 1 will be release tomorrow night!  It will have three parts.
