Junkyard Dog

30 swings – hip focus

Mobility, hip back and shoulder

Test WOD 2 repeated in five weeks

a.  Work up to 1RM dead lift

b.  Max strict press

c.  1000m row max effort.

warm down and mobility post WOD.
