15 Empty Bar Squats

10 KB Swings

WOD  

a. 7×3 Back Squat 1 second pause @ up to 80%1RM

b. For Time – Plyometric Push Pull

10-1 Clap Push Ups and Clap Pull Ups.  Scale as needed, if you can’t manage a clap perform the movement in an explosive manner.
