10 Good Mornings with empty bar, slight bend at knee, straight back

10 Squats

Mobility

WOD – Part A @ 1100.  Part B @ 1630

a.  8×2 Hang Squat Clean up to 80%1RM.  Each rep can be reset or touch and go if able.
