5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Sit ups

Shoulder  and Hip Mobility

WOD

a. Strict Press.  90% Max reps each time, drop to 75% , 60% then 50%.  Rest with partner between sets 1:1

b. For Time; 200m run 10 push ups 10 sit up to stand, 150m 15 15 – 100 20 20 – 50 25 25.
