2 Wall Walks

WOD

a.  Press Complex.  Strict behind the neck press, push press from rack and jerk.

Build to a heavy  triplet, couplet (push press and jerk), then singlet (just a heavy jerk).  Switch when reached failure. 

b.  4RFT – 50 double unders + 15m Walking Lunge  (barbell across shoulders)
